UNI‑V Universal Profiling & Notching Centre

One versatile spindle—endless profiling, notching and dovetailing options.

Why Choose the UNI‑V?

Built for workshops that refuse to run multiple single‑task machines:

  • HSK Quick‑Change Speed — Swap pre‑set tools in seconds via an HSK32 high‑speed spindle, cutting downtime between profiles.

  • Tilt, Plunge, Repeat — Motor inclines 0–90° and lifts vertically by 100 mm on demand, so you can notch, dovetail or mould without re‑jigging.

  • Fence Turret Memory — Twin four‑position turret stops let you park the fence at repeatable offsets for rapid batch work.

  • Power‑Feed Ready — Bolt‑on power feed (optional) controls feed rate and boosts operator safety.

Ideal for:  Bespoke window & door profiles • decorative notches • stair parts • dovetail drawer sides • 5 piece doors

How it works

  1. Set Tooling — Insert HSK32 pre‑set cutter, tighten and verify digital height read‑out (0.8 mm per rev).

  2. Position Fence — Rotate front or rear turret stop to the required offset; lock with thumbscrew.

  3. Load & Clamp — Slide workpiece against fence and secure with manual adjustable clamp.

  4. Foot‑Pedal Action — Pneumatic cylinder lifts the spindle (or plunges if in horizontal mode) to meet the material.

  5. Return & Next — Spindle retracts; operator indexes fence or swaps cutter for the next profile.
