Crafting Precision Machinery in Britain Since 2010.

From West Sussex to workshops around the globe, Copenstick designs, builds and supports high‑performance joinery machines that let fabricators do more with every minute and metre.

About Copenstick

With over 30 years experience in the solid-wood industry and more than two decades running a successful joinery manufacturing business, Adam King has built an unparalleled reputation for precision engineering and innovative tooling design. Growing up in the timber trade, he developed a deep understanding of timber species and their properties, which—combined with his engineering background—led him to identify a crucial gap: joinery workshops needed bespoke machinery to deliver high-quality window and door solutions faster and more cost-effectively. In 2010, Adam designed and built the first Copenstick machine, laying the foundation for a new era in end-scribing, profiling, and notching technology.

Today, Copenstick offers a complete range of compact, small-footprint machines that transform window and door joinery workshops across the UK. After opening our West Sussex showroom in August 2024, we’ve welcomed professionals eager to see live demonstrations and explore tooling solutions tailored to their needs. Whether you’re working with traditional solid wood, composites, or PVC, our precision-engineered machinery delivers tear-free end-scribes, flawless tenons, and efficient half-lap joints—ensuring your workshop operates at peak productivity and quality.
