STP NC Positioner

Nail mitred glazing‑bar cassettes in seconds—no visible fixings, no re‑work.

Why Choose the STP?

  • Measure Once, Cut Hundreds — Servo‑driven stop bar locates every length to ±0.1 mm, removing manual tape errors and re‑work.

  • CSV Batch Loading — Import cut‑lists via Ethernet or USB; 500 programme memory ends keypad re‑typing.

  • Built for Copenstick Machines — Pairs seamlessly with the TDL, UNI‑V and UNI‑H for fully automated jointing, notching and boring.

  • Fits Any Workflow — Available left‑ or right‑handed, in lengths from 2 m to 6.7 m with multiple pusher/stop options.

Ideal for:  repeat glazing‑bar half‑laps • batch notching on UNI‑V • cross‑milling with UNI‑H • automated chop‑saw stations

How it works

  1. Enter or Import Cut‑List — Use the touch‑screen to key in lengths or upload a .csv over Ethernet.

  2. Servo Positions Stop — Brushless 0.75 kW motor drives the carriage at up to 60 m min⁻¹ to the first dimension.

  3. Machine the Part — Operator feeds workpiece against the stop; connected TDL/UNI cycle begins once the foot valve is depressed.

  4. Auto‑Index — Positioner advances to the next length in the list; repeat until batch complete.
