Our Complete Line-Up

SDL – End‑Scribing Machine for Simulated Divided Lights

Purpose‑built for accurate, tear‑free end‑scribing of profiled glazing‑bar stock. Twin high‑speed counter-rotating spindles cut in opposing directions, while a 0–45° adjustable table lets you cope intersecting bars with zero break-out.

Ideal for: simulated‑divided‑light (SDL) bars • sash & casement glazing bars • muntin bars - timber joinery shops

UNI‑V Universal Profiling & Notching Centre

HSK‑32 quick‑change spindle tilts 0–90° and lifts 100 mm, switching from spindle‑moulding to notching or dovetailing in seconds—true multi‑function versatility.

Ideal for: custom profiling • dovetails & notches • R&D or short‑run joinery lines

STP NC Positioner

Touch‑screen or network‑driven stop/pusher that integrates with TDL and UNI machines. Boosts repeatability and removes manual measuring on lengths up to 6.7 m.

Ideal for: automated length positioning • high‑volume half‑lap cycles • data‑driven production

SEM Single‑End Milling Station

Connect external plant‑on bars to bevelled mouldings in a single pass. Two counter‑rotating spindles form the scribe; a third milling head cuts a groove for dowel fixing, all held by a quick‑clamp for fast changeovers.

Ideal for: plant‑on glazing bars • window sashes • door stiles needing dowelled joints

UNI‑H Cross‑Milling & Boring Centre

Adds Y‑axis plunge and cross‑feed to the UNI platform, enabling horizontal boring and cross‑milling—perfect when fitting external glazing bars to bevel mouldings.

Ideal for: cross‑milling bevelled sashes • horizontal dowel/lock bores • flexible prototyping

TDL Half‑Lap Jointing Machine

Cuts perfect 90° half‑lap joints for SDL/TDL grids or decorative panels. Three spindles mill all faces while the workpiece stays clamped, guaranteeing strength and a clean finish.

Ideal for: half‑lap glazing bar cassettes • window grilles • cabinet frame intersections - muntin bars

PIN Framing Underpinner

Foot‑pedal nailing station speeds up assembly of mitred glazing‑bar cassettes. Twelve‑slot beading magazine and adjustable extensions keep long beads under control.

Ideal for: cassette frame assembly • pre‑finished timber windows & doors • batch nailing tasks

SPK Lofting Stapler

Pneumatic station, foot-pedal operated, that fixes glazing cassettes to their parent frame with an angled staple. Guarantees consistent positioning and clean release after spray finishing.

Ideal for: glazing cassette spray finishing lines • timber window production workshops • batch painting of pre-assembled cassettes and frames

HNG Hook Stapler

Purpose-designed pneumatic stapler that drives temporary 16g wide crown staples to hang casements for spray finishing. Eliminates pilot holes and screw hooks, cutting re-work and prep time significantly.

Ideal for: spray finishing lines for timber casements and sash windows • paint shops handling pre-glazed or pre-assembled frames • joinery workshops finishing batches of casements

BAR Astragal Stapler

Lightweight, pneumatic tool for securing half-lap joints and fixing plant-on bars to perimeter mouldings. Drives clean, consistent fixings with available stainless steel staples for lasting weather resistance.

Ideal for: glazing cassette half-lap assembly • plant-on bar fixing to mouldings • timber window and door manufacturing
